Structura.biz is an offshoot of the real estate agency Structura (° 1989), originally dedicated to the residential real estate market on the northern outskirts of Brussels. In 2001, the family business was divided into two independent departments: Structura Residential with Wouter Neve as CEO, and Structura Business Property, led by his sister Klara De Neve since 2008. The operational separation was finalised by the name change of this professional real estate business to Structura.biz -
and their move to the town of Strombeek-Bever, in the shadow of the Heysel stadium. 2017 marks the 16th anniversary of structura.biz, which employs 28 people at this time. Structura.biz helps both Belgian SMEs and multinational companies established in Belgium to find the best possible real estate solution. To achieve this the company works on several fronts: the sale and rental of industrial properties, office buildings and retail businesses as well as advising on investment.
