Structura.Biz triples negotiated surface

In 2017 Structura.Biz has tripled the surface which it negotiated on the office market (42.107 m²).
Also, the market of semi-industrial and SME buildings was successful for Structura.Biz with a surface of 64.369 m².
As a result we achieved, according to real estate magazine Expertise, the sixth place in the national ranking of both market segments. Some exemplary transactions were, amongst others, the sale of Rue Royale 284 of SD Worx (4.587 m²) and the letting of 3.327 m² of offices to Vasco on the Heizel Business Park in Strombeek.
