Neder-Over-Heembeek - > 2,200 m²

As a record number of people turned to Belgian food banks in 2019, they needed a new distribution centre to meet the growing demand.Consequently, they have rented a total of more than >2,200 m² of storage space in Neder-Over-Heembeek, near the canal.This distribution centre is three times larger than their previous storage capacity in Anderlecht.Structura.Biz is proud to have helped them in their new project!

Sale of two office buildings in Uccle

Uccle - 9,100 m²

Our Investment team assisted developer Brody Ontwikkeling & Investeringen with the purchase of two office buildings, located rue de Stalle 65 and Avenue Adolphe Wansart 12 in Uccle, owned by Jewel Properties.  The total surface area is 9,100m² (4,550m² per building). Brody made the purchase with the intention of redeveloping the properties. Thanks to this transaction mediated by Structura.Biz, the rue de stalle will continue its transformation towards a more mixed zoning.
