Second transaction on commercial site Marius Renard

A Second transaction was carried out by Structura.biz on the commercial site Marius Renard in Anderlecht.

After Delhaize in 2018, it’s Action's turn to open a new store of more than 1,000 m² on this site.

Structura.biz intervened in the lease but also in the sale of the commercial ground floor.

The transaction was swiftly mediated by our Retail and Invest team.
