WITH THE RECENT SALE OF RIVERSIDE BUSINESS PARK, STRUCTURA.BIZ REAFFIRMS ITS POSITION IN THE BRUSSELS PERIPHERY.

Leasinvest has sold Riverside Business Park in Anderlecht to some subsidiaries of Growners thanks to the contribution of Structura.biz.

The Business Park consists of 12 buildings, 9 office buildings and 3 semi-industrial units, representing a total built-up area of approximately 27,000m².

The buildings were constructed between 1992 and 1996 and were renovated in several phases between 2005 and 2010. The site is home to 20 tenants including Ansell, SGS, Hans Grohe, Novo Nordisk... Compared to similar office sites, the occupancy rate is relatively high at 88%.

With several acquisitions in Zaventem, Diegem, Strombeek-Bever, Wemmel and Drogenbos, Growners is clearly strengthening its position in the Brussels periphery.

Together with the sale of Riverside Business Park, Structura.biz has mediated similar transactions in the Brussels periphery in recent years, for an investment volume of EUR 95 million, representing approximately 122,000m² of built-up area. (Connexion Buildings, Intervest Portfolio, Atlas Park...).
