Sale of two office buildings in Uccle

Our Investment team assisted developer Brody Ontwikkeling & Investeringen with the purchase of two office buildings, located rue de Stalle 65 and Avenue Adolphe Wansart 12 in Uccle, owned by Jewel Properties. 

The total surface area is 9,100m² (4,550m² per building). Brody made the purchase with the intention of redeveloping the properties.

Thanks to this transaction mediated by Structura.Biz, the rue de stalle will continue its transformation towards a more mixed zoning.
