In December 2014, Bureau Gerard (°1932) was acquired by the Belgian commercial real estate expert Structura.biz and has been working under the name ‘Bureau Gerard by Structura.biz’ since that time. In January 2016 Bureau Gerard set up its new office at 2 Zwitserlandstraat, in Sint-Gillis. This office also serves as the Brussels base for Structura.biz.

Thanks to this acquisition, Structura.biz was able to make its entry into the market of inner-city property as well as to extend its services to key French-speaking property owners in the capital region.
