The SME and retail complex is located along the edge of the centre of Merksplas. The entire site consists of 36 SME units with different surface areas. The units are spread over 4 collective buildings.
Building D contains 10 units also available for shop or retail. The remaining buildings A, B and C are suitable for SMEs in need of space for storage, production or processing of products.
The units are built to the latest standards and enjoy a quality appearance. Each unit has two parking spaces. Additional parking spaces can be purchased as an option.
